Soy la prima (4ª? 5ª? 6ª?) Anna y creo que soy la última de la familia Estafanell catalana que ha leído el libro y me ha encantado... Y te digo de la familia porqué mi pareja va a ser el siguiente y tengo una amiga que ya se ha puesto en cola para leerlo... Te contaré que yo soy muy lenta en leer libros y el tuyo lo he leido en una semana... Me he enganchado desde las primeras páginas y te contaré que entre consultas del ambulatorio (ahora que aquí es verano la gente viene menos), iba leiendo un poquito más y me alegraba cuando no se presentaban a la cita concertada, tenía más rato para leer... También te contaré que me has hecho reir a carcajadas algunas veces, a reir en corto como decís vosotros muchísimas, que alguna lágrima se me ha derramado por las mejíllas otras y que se me han puesto los pelos de punta muchísimas otras...
Puede que fuera por tus vivencias y tu forma de contarlas, o puede porqué llevemos alguna proporción de sangre-cromosomas-ADN igual corriendo por las venas. Y eso me enorgullece. Te cuento esto porque gracias a tus ganas de conocer a parte de la familia que tenías en Catalunya i parte por el empeño y la ilusión que siempre ha tenido mi padre de hacer el árbol geneológico de los Esta/efanell, hemos podido conoceros y nos ha llegado a las manos este relato que seguramente no hubieramos disfrutado nunca.
Por último y como dices en una de tantas páginas emotivas de tu libro, tengo "la certeza que llegará el día de volver a abrazar a los míos, a los Esta/efanell reales...".

Me emocionó el comentario de tu prima Anna y me dieron ganas de escribir, aunque me resulta raro hacerlo en un lugar como este, pues no sé muy bien como funciona y no están mis hijos cerca para asesorarme y recordarme lo tonta que soy. Yo ya te dije, hace tiempo, lo que pienso de tu libro: que hace aflorar los sentimientos, la risa, el llanto, la emoción, la carcajada, todo. Es la magia de los que saben escribir, y también la de aquellos que, pese a todo, tienen alegría de vivir.

Hola Marcelo Estefanell, no creo somos ultimos familia Estefanell o Estafanell en Catalunya sino hay mas queridos como Estabanell o Estebanell, Estavanell, Estevanell, i similar.
Entondes ya pasado los siglos mal escribe en castellano o español. Igual pasaba antiguo pone Madriz y así siglo XVII cambio Madrid fue corregido maestros catalanes, también otros mal escritos es posible recupere como dados historico somos apellidos italianos del sur que la mayoria era de catalunya inmigro allí en Italia del sur, y retorno a catalunya.
Porque algunos parrocos catalán o español, documentos, tembién escribe mal o error apellido.
Espero que pueda buscar lo mas exacto y veremos congreso familiar y particular.
